Q: Is there a set up fee for the Thank- Dealer Gift program?
A: There is no set up fee or contracts with our program.
Q: How do we pay for the dealer gifts?
A: Thank-U will send your dealership an invoice at the end of the month if you placed any orders with us. All invoices will have the customer's name and order #.
Q: Can I select different plaques for different customers?
A: Of course you can choose whatever dealer gift that you feel fits your customer needs. (For
example, some dealers use different plaques for new or used bike sales.)
Q: What Harley-Davidson models do you have images of?
A: We have all of the bike models from 2000 - present day in our system.
Q: What is the ordering process?
A: We have a very easy online ordering process. Each dealership will be provided with their own dealer login and password. Once logged in, the dealer will enter the motorcycle Vin #, which will automatically pull the Model, Year, and Color selections. From there you can fill out the customers info to finailze the order.
Q: What is the turn around time once an order is placed?
A: Orders typicaly ship from our facility in Rhode Island within 5-7 business days of when the order was placed. During this time dealers have the ability to log in and view the progress of their orders.
Q: What if a customer added heavy H-D accessories to their Harley-Davidson and we do not want to use the stock Harley Motorcycle image?
A: Dealers can submit a digital photo while placing the order. We recommend capturing the full bike in the photo. We have artist here that will cut out the background so the composition will look great on the dealer gift.
Q: How are the Encompass card mailers shipped?
A: Our system pulls the correct cards due each month and we send them directly to your dealership. This allows you to look over the cards and add a personalized message if needed.
Q: Can I customize the Dealer gift?
A: Absolutely! We encourage the dealership to customize the dealer gifts so they are One-of-a-Kind pieces from the other dealers on the program. Please contact us when ever you want to update or change the design of your dealer gifts.
